We provide nationwide fast delivery within 1–5 days, depending on your location.

Please note:

Delivery time may extend to 3–5 days during major sales or promotional periods.

KHÁNH NGUYÊN COFFEE delivers during business hours from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM will have an additional 1 day added to the delivery time.

Orders will be delivered to the customer’s address, except in certain cases such as restricted office areas, apartment/condominium buildings (delivery at the building entrance only), or restricted zones (e.g., military areas, border zones, etc.).

In the event of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery time. We appreciate your patience and continued support for KHÁNH NGUYÊN COFFEE.

Delivery Attempts

• The delivery staff will attempt delivery up to 3 times per order.
• If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the delivery staff and our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt.
